Summary:
Under the guidance of a Senior Marketing Manager, is responsible
for the development and execution of brand strategy for assigned
brand(s).
Responsibilities:
- Determine
priority and extent of advertising and promotional programs for
each product and assist in the development and implementation
of such programs.
- Analyze performance
of each assigned product in terms of profitability, volume contribution,
spending, etc and make recommendations to ensure financial targets
are met.
- Identify
and advance brand-building initiatives.
- Manage projects
to deliver desired results on time and on budget.
- Provide input
to marketing and operating planning process in accordance with
company objectives.
- Manage brand
forecasting and assigned marketing budget.
- Recommends
appropriate market research studies.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years
Consumer Packaged Goods marketing experience
- Ability to
translate consumer insights into effective programs
- Demonstrated
business acumen leading to progressively more responsibility and
a track record of success
- Proficient
at an intermediate level in Microsoft Office software applications
including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Superior
analytical and oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated
leadership abilities
Education: Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field:
MBA strongly preferred.
