Salary $45K - $75K Range
REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS CONSULTING
Must have experience in any of the following:
- system selection
& implementation;
- technology
assessment;
- project management;
- strategic
planning;
- operations
review and consulting, business process improvement (very light
re-engineering), automated workflow process review.
Related real estate
experience in property management, asset management, accounting, leasing,
brokerage acquisition, job costing (construction), facilities management.
BS degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate required.
Experience in implementing MRI software and/or working with Argus,
Yardi, Pro-Ject. Strong accounting background.
