Mechanical engineer, Research & Technology Staff

Work as a part of a small group of engineers and technologists to develop existing new technologies for use in future products. Develop paper-handling technologies from initial technology characterization through feasibility design, build and optimization to final demonstration of technology readiness for incorporation into future products. Conduct first order analysis to qualify performance parameters and correlate experimental results to analytical predictions to develop and guide advanced product technology needs and selection process. BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge in computer applications microprocessors, instrumentation and experimental design methods desirable.
