software evaluations and recommendations. Provide software installation
procedures and technical support. Responsible for the planning,
design, and implementation of a fault-tolerant LAN environment.
Second level support of field based Windows NT Servers. 24 hour
on call support. Maximization of LAN/WAN PC investment
