Manager Telecommunications

Responsible for the overall direction of Voice and Data Networks. Includes strategic and tactical planning, technical design, financial and capacity forecasting. Leadership responsibilities for a team of senior telecommunications professionals. Define and develop methodology to insure standardization of all telecommunications related products at each facility and client locations. Direct responsibility for design, planning, forecasting and managing of a $28 MM voice and data network budget. Establish team goals and operational procedures to meet customer requirements. Coordinate and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects and a cross-functional team through the requirements gathering, technical evaluation, design, cost analysis and implementation phases of all business and client locations. Orchestrate the recruitment, training, development and performance of assigned telecommunications professionals assigned to the team.
