Manufacturing Supervisor

Front-line operations management of a manufacturing assembly line or other production area. Workforce supervision and the daily planning, follow-up, and control of production output volumes, schedule adherence, product quality, workplace safety, tooling/equipment uptime, and material availability. BS/MS Degree with 2 to 5 years experience. Excellent leadership ability and keen judgment bias towards action and decision making, and a genuine interest in the production discipline and hands-on management.
