Position Summary:
Prepare and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications. Identify, evaluate, and support licensing and patent enforcement opportunities. Draft and negotiate patent and licensing agreements. Supervise outside counsel. Manage Intellectual Property portfolios and perform other IP-related responsibilities as required. This is a new position created to support the Company's growing IP needs.
